Welcome to the official OCSA blog! We are very excited for this new way of sharing updates and information with all of you in a more informal way. You can look forward to updates on what OCSA has been doing, behind the scenes pictures from events, health and wellness tips, food posts and so much more. This is our way of connecting with you on a more creative and personal level. We’re going to start our trek with the announcement of OCSA’s March Restaurant of the Month!
Chef Joseph Sisto has identified several appetizers and entrees and will donate 20% of the proceeds to OCSA. To identify those special dishes, just look for the OCSA logo on the menu! We’ve included the menu at the bottom of the post if you’re curious to see what that looks like. See below for the menu that supports OCSA!
